Msheireb Properties is a real estate development company and a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation. The company was established as a commercial venture to support the Foundation’s aims and the Qatar National Vision 2030.

Msheireb Properties’ flagship project, Msheireb, will regenerate and preserve the historical downtown of Doha. The project will blend traditional Qatari heritage and aesthetics with modern technology, and focus on sustainability and harmony with the environment.
